BECOME A GRABNER REGIONAL DISTRIBUTOR

Only technically adept, committed and solution-oriented partners are selected to become a Grabner regional distributor. We require our partners to attend regular training online and at Grabner headquarters in Vienna, Austria, to ensure the best sales and after-sales care. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Do you need help with an analyzer? Submit a technical support request using our ticketing system Grabner CARE. Grabner CARE makes it easier to ask for help and track the progress of instrument repairs online. To register yourself and access Grabner CARE, click here.

If you already registered at Grabner CARE, use your email and password to login. If you have not yet registered, click on "Get access" to create your login credentials. Technical support requests sent via email will be disconsidered and redirected to Grabner CARE.
